Vacuum breaker KLHVB-12 is a 3-phase AC 50Hz indoor switch gear with rated voltage of 12kV and rated current of 1250A. It is widely used to control and safeguard power plant, transformer station as well as electricity distribution system, especially suitable for applications like ring network power supply, essential load interruption as well as frequent operation. Our vacuum breaker KLHVB-12 has the following main characteristics:
a)Adopted longitudinal magnetic field vacuum interrupter and modulized spring actuation mechanism. The 3-phase cylindrical electric poles are attached to the rear part of the actuation mechanism's rack in a fashion from front to back. Comparing with other breakers, such breaker is space-efficient, namely, reducing volume by 1/3 and suitable for narrow cabinet.
b)The conductive part and ceramic vacuum interrupter of the electric pole are enclosed inside the epoxy resin sleeve and therefore, the phenomenon of dust converging upon the surface of the interrupter is considerably reduced, possible damage to the vacuum interrupter caused by external factors is prevented and meanwhile, high resistance state towards voltage effect is maintained even in a hot, moist and heavily polluted environment.
c)Easy to operate, maintain and coexist with other load switch cabinets.
